My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and a luxurious ambiance. The room was incredibly comfortable, impeccably clean, and provided all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The dining experience was another standout feature. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was impeccable. To top it all off, the spa was an amazing bonus. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. I can't wait to return!

First off, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. There was always someone at the desk who could communicate well with us (in English), which really helps when you are so far from home. The staff was able to set up drivers/tours and help us plan our days/sight-seeing—even driving 5 hours round trip so that we could also visit Marrakesh. And that included setting up a tour there and in English. Our room was large, roomy, homey, and the bed was very comfortable. When we first arrived, the water wouldn’t turn on in our room, but they had that straightened out in 5 minutes. And I had asked if they had a fan (for white noise/sleeping) I could use. They didn’t have any fans, and yet, soon they were back with a fan. I believe they went out and bought a fan just for me. Now that’s service! And perhaps my favorite thing at this small hotel is sitting up on the mezzanine, overlooking the lobby below, eating a lovely breakfast with soft music playing in the background. (Oh, and the coffee was delicious!). Loved that atmosphere.

Funky, older but well maintained hotel in Casablanca. We stayed 2 nights (got in well after midnight first night from airport) before joining a 9 day tour, so didn't venture out, as we were going to seeing the city as part of the tour. The bedroom was a good size, very large comfortable bed, with a separate large lounge room with a bar, and it was all "unique", clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine and clean and there was a second toilet off the lounge room which was great. The view across the lane to a neighbourhood apartment block was a little rough, lol, the hotel is located only a minute to a busy main road, an ATM and convenience store. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area on the mezzanine level was v. pleasant and the breakfast was very generous and very nice. The restaurant/bar area downstairs had a band playing later in the night, and the food was quite good too.

What wasn’t there to like about this property, we loved our stay here. Our Edith Piaf suite was spacious, we had 2 bathrooms which was great - one off the living space and the other next to the bedroom - this one had a little shower room which I really quite liked. Everything was very clean and the room was attended to everyday which included the provision of water to drink. We made use of the facilities including the beautiful heated pool with keys to swim against; an amazing Hammam experience, our first one; the gym which felt really great after not having done a weights session for a couple of weeks; and the bar downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt welcome, comfortable, safe, happy!!

Lovely, centrally located hotel, with amazing staff. I read some reviews saying the staff were rude, and I have no idea who these people met, because it can't have been the same ones. From reception to concierge to breakfast servers, they were all amazingly nice. There was a small mix up about a taxi, but they were actually just trying to be proactive - they asked what time we were leaving, we told them, and they booked us a cab. We already had made arrangements, but that was really actually very thoughtful and quickly resolved. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was amazing (and HUGE). Did not get a change to try the spa unfortunately.
